Boston recalled defenseman Jonathan Girard (D) tonight.

1/18: Recalled and Sent Down
Providence recalled Vratislav Cech (D) from Greenville (ECHL) for the second time this year. Also Bruins sent down Jeff Zehr (LW) to Greenville (ECHL) where he will begin conditioning. 

1/15: Recalled
Lee Goren and Eric Nickulas were recalled again to Boston

1/13: Sent Back
Boston returned Lee Goren (RW) and Eric Nickulas (RW) to Providence.

1/12: Recalled, Sent Down and Loaned Out.
Cameron Mann, Lee Goren and Eric Nickulas were recalled to Boston. Chad Cabana was loan back to New Haven (UHL). Cech was reassigned to Greenville (ECHL). Also Joel Trottier (RW) was recalled from Florida (ECHL)

1/11: Cech recalled from ECHL.
 Vratislav Cech (D) from Greenville (ECHL) was recalled today.

1/09: Sent down and Called up
Joe Hulbig has been assigned to Providence. While Brandon Smith and Pavel Kolarik have been called up.

1/09: Suspended Player
The American Hockey League announced today that Providence Bruins defenseman Terry Hollinger has been suspended for two regular season games as a result of a check from behind in a January 6, 2001 AHL game versus Springfield. Source THEAHL.com

Mike Hall was returned to Trenton Titans today.

1/05: Manlow gets the call again.
Boston recalled C Eric Manlow for tonight's game against Washington. Joe Thorton has a soar back and may not play.

Providence today announced  C Stefan Rivard was sent back to Birmingham of the ECHL.

1/04: Savage and Grahame sent to Providence
C Andre Savage and G John Grahame were reassigned today from the Boston Bruins. They will be here to get back in shape as both of them have not played a NHL all year.

1/02: Manlow and Girard back in Providence
C Eric Manlow and D Jonathan Girard were sent down  to Providence this afternoon.
